To be married in Ohio County Indiana:
Indiana residences will need
a valid marriage license from your county of residence
Non resident will need to go to the Ohio County Courthouse located in Rising Sun and apply for your license there.
The state of Indiana requires a valid drivers license from your state of residence and your final divorce decree if this applies. You must be at least 18 years of age or have your parent sign a consent form...
License are valid for 60 days.
